Maysville Area Pastors Plan Rally Based on Lies

I caught this tidbit on the local newspaper's website, "March for Equal Justice planned." Trouble is, what they're claiming has nothing to do with equal justice.
The march will take place on Saturday, Aug. 24, to protest the death of teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida and the acquittal of George Zimmerman, who shot Martin.

According to Rev. Randy Taylor of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, a rally is also planned. During the rally, Taylor said speakers will address how he said racial stereotypes combined with "stand your ground" laws pose a danger to minorities around the nation.

"We want to show young people that there are people who care about them and to let them know we want equal justice for all," Taylor said.
......
Other pastors involved in helping bring about the rally include Washington Missionary Baptist Church Rev. Terrell Clark, Scott United Methodist Church of Maysville Rev. James A. Turley and Second Baptist Church of May's Lick Rev. Rodney Bennett.
Justice was served in the Zimmerman/Martin case. The continuing claims of racism are ludicrous. Zimmerman is a Hispanic, black, white man who voted for Obama. For the preachers to presuppose they have greater insight and knowledge of the case than the jury approaches complete hypocrisy. They should reread the 9th commandment and the part about not judging others lest you be judged by the same rules only harsher. They're just perpetuating lies and increasing racial divides.

BTW - in Florida, blacks benefit from stand your ground laws at a rate about double their proportion in the population.
