Free the Schools

I support this guy's position. We don't need the government indoctrination numbing our children's minds plus the great mediocrity of our educational system is largely due to government regulations and bureaucracy.

Comments:
I sure like what he has to say. I found his comments about for-profit schools in very poor countries most intriguing.

Definitely a unique perspective, at least in our country.

Our schools are horrible. I put my boys in private school. Best decision and $800 a month ever. My wife works at the local public high school. I can't believe some of the things I hear from her.

In Cincinnati, where I work, thousands pay more than most state universities cost to put their kids in the Catholic high schools and other private schools. There is no comparison between a private school and Cincinnati Public Schools in the quality of education you get.

Excellent, and I'm not a libertarian either. I don't know how I missed this. I'm glad you caught it.
