Bush to Blame for Democrats Ethics Violations

Visiting The Drudge Report for the first time in forever, I came across this tidbit of unbelievable audacity.
Rep. Maxine Waters on Friday blamed the Bush administration for her ethics problems...
Is there anything the Democrats won't try to blame on Bush? What a bunch of wieners.
