Duke Rape Case: Massive False Accusation??

This evening the bombshell news is that there is no DNA match with any of the Duke LaCrosse team members in the rape allegations. Watching Larry King Live and Nancy Grace, the feminists seemed quite upset.
But I'll tell you something, Larry. There's other issues that people are forgetting about. There is a neighbor who heard screaming next door. There is, of course, the phone call that was made a couple minutes before, so these are all things that the prosecutor is going to do now in making a decision as to whether or not to go forward.
Screaming at a wild college party? Imagine that.

All the above comments were made by Stacey Honowitz, Florida Assistant State Attorney. She certainly seems eager to convict. How 46 men could have sexually assaulted this woman and left no DNA evidence is beyond me. Not a hair follicle, no semen, not on her, not on her clothes, nothing. A female attorney and Nancy Grace herself were asserting that the fact that lacrosse team members were keeping quiet was indicative of guilt. Wonder if they ever heard of the 5th Amendment. Dammed of you do, dammed if you don't.

This case could still have a twist but it sure looks like the Duke lacrosse team may be vindicated and Houston Baker will have to look elsewhere for his violent, privileged white males.

Comments:
the burdens of proof of rape are being reduced, theres many stories of men being accused after a night out, and the woman consenting, but changes her mind 12 hours later.. thats rape..

i sometimes get the feeling that these people want all men locked up and only brought out to breed.

mercurior - That's what a couple of these women on TV sounded like. "She said she was raped so she must have been raped," even with the absence of any solid evidence.

its worse in the uk at the moment theres campaign, but when a woman can take away consent after the fact,

A £500,000 advertising campaign is to be launched next week in men's magazines, on radio and with posters in toilets in urban pubs and clubs stressing that men need to make sure a woman has agreed to sex to avoid any accusation of rape

"A female attorney and Nancy Grace herself were asserting that the fact that lacrosse team members were keeping quiet was indicative of guilt. Wonder if they ever heard of the 5th Amendment."

Just so's y'all know, Nancy Grace herself is a one-time prosecuting attorney. On CNN's brag page one can find:

"Nancy Grace joined Court TV from the Atlanta Fulton County District Attorney's Office where she served for a decade as special prosecutor of felony cases involving serial murder, rape..."

Be afraid. Be very afraid. She's on the tube because so much of her glass teat sucking audience thrills to her mouthy moralizing, posturing, and finger-waggling act.

Should this case end up being dropped for lack of evidence, I fully expect Ms. Grace's too-frequent counterpart on the other side of the studio desk, Gloria Allred, to whine that the requirement that there be actual evidence somehow shows that the crime of rape isn't taken seriously blah, blah, blah. That's a common lie among the man-haters of course; the reason trials with rules regarding admissible evidence and principles like "innocent before proven guilty" exist is because such things are taken very seriously indeed!

Gloria Allred is one of the scariest women in America.

The Duke case, whether the guys are guilty or not, points out very clearly just how hated "privileged white males" are. So many people want these guys to be guilty it's frightening. Especially when few, is any, of the people wishing for guilt know any of the players and just how "privileged" they are. Are they as privileged as Al Gore or John Kerry who went to Ivy League schools?

I'm one of those people who are not sure what happened, but hate that so many are taking this opportunity to bash a poor woman who is having to support 2 children alone while going to school with no help from the children's father. Some times people do what they have to do to feed and house their children. All that said, I also agree with the above remark, that there is dislike for the privileged white male. You know they really can't even help it that their parents have a lot of money. What many people don't realize is that these boys actually grow up in neglectful homes because their fathers are too busy making loads of money and the moms either are too or don't realize that a dad in the house who also pays little attention to a boy is possibly worse than no dad around at all.
But that leads to why these young men are disliked. For many of them their behavior is poor because they have had little discipline combined with the sense of entitlement they get from being given too many things without earning them and developing little in the way of boundaries.
Just my opinion.

"men need to make sure a woman has agreed to sex to avoid any accusation of rape"

Gee what a concept.

Pretty scary when you have to have billboards to teach men this.

Just my opinion.

Duke Lacrosse Rape Accuser Mentioned No Condoms Were Used
It seems the defense keeps finding more to support their side of things, with each new piece of information they get. Now from that stack of 1,300 papers, they have discovered that the stripper accuser mentioned no condoms were used. No condoms and…
The stripper’s body was completely void of any sign of a sexual assault (except for signs of recent vaginal and anal from her boyfriend). The alleged crime scene was completely devoid of DNA.

It is impossible that a crime scene with three drunk men in a small enclosed room with a fighting and clawing woman being orally, virginally, and anally penetrated not leave any DNA evidence of urine, blood, vaginal fluid, sweat, fecal matter, scat smears, saliva, tears, or semen... especially if condoms were used. How would they take off the condoms during all this chaos without spilling, smearing, or touching the content inside or outside of the condom?

When investigators questioned the stripper after DNA tests on the semen found inside her vagina and rectum didn’t match any of the Duke players, the stripper admitted to having had sex with at least three men around the time of the alleged rape. The stripper named her boyfriend and two men who drove her to Duke.

When questioned, the “drivers” said they would drop her off at several places, including hotel rooms.

It appears that the stripper has sex with men for rides to her strip shows…Nasty!
